Privacy notice
This notice explains how the buyer guide handles information when you use it. It should be read together with the listing agency's own privacy information.
Who to contact
Questions about your personal information, access, correction or deletion should be sent to the listing agency using the contact details below.
Buyer profile
Your property preferences, shortlist and recently viewed properties are stored in your browser for this agency. Preferences may be sent to the service when you request a fit brief or personalised answer.
Questions and AI
Questions you ask and the AI answers are recorded against a random property-session identifier and can be viewed by the listing team for that property. If you later submit contact details, that session can be associated with your enquiry. Buyer-profile details beyond the conversation are shared only when you explicitly choose to share them. When an AI provider is configured, only the context needed for the request is sent and API-side response storage is disabled.
Enquiries
If you request a viewing or contact, the contact details and message you submit are recorded so the listing team can respond. The conversation from that property session may already be visible to the listing team. Your buyer profile, fit brief, shortlist and other preference details are shared only when you explicitly choose to share them.
Limited service analytics
The service records limited events such as guide visits, feature use, fit-brief creation and enquiry submission using a random property-session identifier. These events are used to operate and improve the buyer guide.
Purposes and lawful bases
The listing agency is the controller for buyer and enquiry data. PULSLE processes that data for the agency. The guide and property-session records are normally processed for the agency's legitimate interests in answering property enquiries, operating and securing the service and organising follow-up. A viewing or contact request is also processed to take steps at your request before a possible transaction. Additional buyer-profile, fit-brief, shortlist and preference details are shared with the listing team only when you choose to share them; that optional sharing is based on your consent.
Engagement signal and profiling
The client workspace may show an engagement signal based only on product interactions such as asking a question, opening a floor plan, comparing properties or requesting a viewing. It is a workflow-prioritisation aid only. It must not be used to decide whether you may access a property, the price or terms offered to you, whether an offer is accepted, or any other legal or similarly significant housing decision. PULSLE does not use protected characteristics to calculate the signal.
Recipients and service providers
Property-session conversations are available to authorised staff of the listing agency for that property. PULSLE uses contracted infrastructure, database and authentication, AI, maps and places, and email-delivery providers where needed to provide the service. PULSLE does not sell buyer data or use buyer conversations for advertising.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the EEA. Where EU data-transfer rules require safeguards, the controller and/or PULSLE use an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. The current provider register is available from the Subprocessors link below.
External services
Maps and nearby-place features may use Google services. Voice input may use services provided by your browser or operating system. AI answers and room previews may use the configured AI provider.
Retention
Anonymous property questions and AI answers are normally kept for 90 days. Anonymous operational and session activity is normally kept for 180 days. If a session becomes an identified enquiry, the enquiry and associated session records are normally kept for 730 days, unless the listing agency documents a different lawful requirement. Closed privacy-request administration records are normally kept for 1095 days.
Sensitive information
Do not include health, disability, religion, race or ethnicity, political or trade-union information, sexual orientation, or other sensitive personal information in ordinary property chat. PULSLE applies a minimisation filter to retained transcripts, but automated filtering cannot guarantee that every sensitive detail will be detected.
No automated housing decision
PULSLE does not make a solely automated decision that determines your eligibility to buy, rent, view or make an offer on a property. Generated fit summaries and engagement signals are decision-support information only.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for optional profile sharing at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use the Privacy rights link below or contact the listing agency.
Complaints
You may complain to the competent data-protection supervisory authority, including the authority in the EEA country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
