Buyer guide terms of use
These terms govern use of the PULSLE buyer guide. The listing agency remains responsible for the property listing, communications and any real-estate transaction.
Information, not an offer
The guide is an information and decision-support tool. Nothing in it is a binding offer, reservation, valuation, legal opinion, financial recommendation, survey, building approval or guarantee of availability. Prices, availability and property details may change and must be confirmed with the listing agency.
AI-generated assistance
Some answers, fit summaries, floor-plan explanations and room concepts are generated with AI. Published listing facts are intended to remain separate from generated interpretation. Verify material facts and professional matters independently before relying on them.
Images, plans and calculators
Generated room previews are illustrative concepts and do not represent delivered condition or permitted works. Floor-plan analysis does not verify dimensions or structural feasibility. Calculators are illustrative only and are not financial advice.
Your use
Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to bypass security, scrape private data, impersonate another person or submit content you do not have the right to use. Do not include sensitive personal information in ordinary property chat.
Fair housing and human review
PULSLE engagement signals and profiles are workflow aids only. They must not be used to discriminate, determine housing eligibility, set personalised prices or terms, accept or reject an offer, or make another legal or similarly significant decision about a person. Property decisions remain with the relevant people and organisations and require appropriate human review.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy notice. Questions and AI answers for a property session may be retained and visible to the listing team. Additional profile context is shared only where the interface says it is optional and you choose to share it.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer, data-protection or real-estate law.
